Lifelong learning and continuing education are todays key to a successful career. Hilongos met this adequately in its function with its general education and secondary schools as an educational facility, but could get a powerful impetus to this sector. It should be set the course for this at appropriate authorities, not just in the city administration, for a future-oriented direction. Hilongos wants to work on it.

It should contribute to the development of a broad-based educational climate and fosters cooperation among the central institutions in Hilongos.

It should be designed events to support an innovative learning culture, which thus awaken the interest in the topic and create common ground in the educational understanding.

4. Qualification or training workshops
Conception of in-depth workshops for the development of a qualified employee body.

5. Practice colloquies
Initiation of discussions for a strengthening of communication in Hilongos educational institutions (the support of "mutual learning").

6. Public relations
Transparent presentation for everyone to produce a broadly supported fundamental consensus in Hilongos.

The management of this should be handled by a specially for this matter created educational office in Hilongos.

There is plenty to do, especially in this sector. Therefore, this article of the author should be discussed very seriously in all levels of the respective authorities and heeded this advice.

Also in the field of culture and the cultural scene, here it could be done just a little more. Especially the schools are challenged with their educational mission. Certainly it could be set up an exciting theater just for the little ones of preschool age children. Filipinos love music, it certainly could be organized atmospherically dense jazz concerts for the middle generation. Especially for the more staid generation classical top-class music concerts, which in return should be understood as a function of schools.
